"Rob" walks in to your take away and places an order, the order is paid for and "Rob" picks up his food. "Rob" then decides to "have a go" at the staff because he's drunk and becomes abusive and leaves.
Now that you have got "Robs" details you decide to log them here for future reference and for other food establishments to see.
A week later, "Rob" decides to visit another food establishment. The manager checks his details against this site and can see that "Rob" has been abusive in the past to other food establishments. The manager can then decide weather to risk serving "Rob" or ask him to leave thus preventing abuse against his staff and or loss of earnings.
Case Example 2
"Rob" decides to order a delivery from your establishment, pays for the food and the food is delivered. 30 minutes later "Rob" calls you back and says "There's a hair in my food, I demand a refund". You give "Rob" a refund at a loss to your business and log the details on this site. Over the next few weeks "Rob" tries this on with more than one business and each time, claims a refund costing hundreds of pounds in total. The details are logged here so that when "Rob" rings another take away and tries it on again then the manager can see that "Rob" has tried it on several times. The manager/staff can then decided if they should risk serving "Rob" or refuse his order to prevent a refund just in case he tries it on again.
