Gústav Axel Gunnlaugsson has been fascinated by cooking since childhood and his big dream was always to have his own restaurant. He visited every nook and cranny in Iceland to find the right grill mix. Gústav has acquired knowledge of Icelandic barbecue culture and searched for the right Icelandic ingredients.
